Iki Jime Spiked Large Snapper
Ocean Made has joined forces with fisherman Shane Wiffen to produce some of the best snapper on the market. The fish is line caught in Port Phillip Bay, immediately Iki Jime spiked, then placed in an ice slurry to keep the fish cold. It is then boxed on the same day it is caught and delivered to us within 24 hours. It is very sustainable as there is no by-catch when the fish is caught. How good does that sound?
