GET HOOKED

Terrible weather has meant a slow start to the week but there’s always something to excite the taste buds.

  • beautiful LIVE Sea Urchins from southern NSW, specifically around Tathra and Merrimbula, are arriving every Thursday (see picture).  We are also getting fresh roe which this week will be here Friday.
  • how did you like the Sardine TRUNKS with the head off and gutted from Port Lincoln, South Australia?  They come every Tuesday and Thursday so we will always have stock.
  • some ripper Yellow Fin Tuna coming through from our friends at Walker Seafood pretty much every day this week.
  • you’re missing out if you are not using the FRESH JUMBO Green Prawns we are getting every Thursday from the Clarence River in NSW.  These are some of the finest prawns we have seen and we don’t usually see a fresh product available for such a long period.
  • this week’s Sydney Rock Oysters are proudly brought to you from the magnificent waters of Tuross Lake which is in between Narooma and Bateman’s Bay.  They look magnificent.

Live Sea Urchin

The season has officially opened in Port Phillip Bay for whole Sea Urchin.  At this stage they are coming every Thursday but hopefully we can get a more frequent supply.  You can get them whole or they also come in trays of 100 grams roe only.
